Arnie

Arnie Cobos is a journey director, veteran, wife, mother, grandmother, and coach. For more than 30-years, Arnie crafted and led journeys for countless families, service members, real estate professionals, and entrepreneurs. Arnie is a trusted thought leader of ideation, goal creation, goal completion and living a life of Zenflection.

Arnie is terrified of heights and the sky is terribly unforgiving of any mistake. During Arnie’s service in the military, she parachuted from an aircraft 310 times, taught over 3000 people how to lead and manage parachute operations and taught advanced leadership skills to nearly 10,000 soldiers. Arnie dislikes moving and packing her belongings. Since Arnie was 18-years old, she packed up her entire belongings and relocated more than 45 times. Arnie resided, led and coached others in austere environments for 24-months. Stress, fear, and anxiety are common reactions to significant life challenges such as confined spaces and open water, thus her love for scuba and surfing activities, and Arnie showed them who’s boss.

Unique and significant life experiences contributed to Arnie’s evidence-based framework for overcoming fear, anxiety, and stress when accomplishing goals to live the Zen life. People in the military, government and real estate industries have significantly benefited from Arnie’s coaching because of the time, stress and work-life balance expectations that are the status quo.

Beyond helping others as a leader, mentor, and coach, Arnie earned an MBA and has a medical background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Combat Medic and certified EMT. Beyond moving her personal items nearly 50 times, Arnie also relocated several hospitals. Arnie gives her available time to Team Rubicon as a volunteer Local Project Coordinator in partnership with her other passion, Habitat For Humanity, as well as deploying around the world in response to disaster relief operations.

Arnie has lived a full life of challenges, opportunities, wins, and losses. Above all, her most cherished accomplishment is her family. Arnie is married with three children, five grandchildren, and an overactive puppy.
